Joe Pieretti
Joe Pieretti is first generation Seventh-day Adventist. As an ordained minister of the Church, he has enjoyed the privilege to preach the Good News of Jesus' soon coming and witness the results in decisions for the Kingdom. His academic works revolve around the Gospels and how the Early Church read and understood the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament).
Pastoral Family
Pastor Joe and Jessica met in high school in the city of Philadelphia, PA. There their friendship blossomed to a beautiful marriage on November 24th, 2012 that now includes two wonderful children: Lena and Jeremiah. Both Joe and Jessica are first generation Seventh-day Adventist. They learned about the Adventist Church through a friend months after their wedding.
Through personal Bible studies, Pastor Joe eventually accepted the Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Friend. Jessica followed soon after. In 2014, both Joe and Jessica relocated to Chattanooga, TN to begin formal Pastoral education at Southern Adventist University.
While at Southern both Joe and Jessica completed degrees. Jessica was awarded a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on Non-Profit and Church Leadership. Joe was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a Pastoral Ministry emphasis.
The Pieretti's have served within the Carolina Conference of Seventh-day Adventists since 2018.
